Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

Shipping, delivery, and local pickup options are described on the Site and may vary by order.

  • Free local pickup is available at our Birmingham, AL location
  • Free local delivery applies to qualifying orders ($500 minimum) within a 50-mile radius
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

Warranty and Returns

All eligible parts are covered by a 30-Day Limited Warranty, subject to the terms outlined in our Warranty & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Returns require prior authorization
  • Labor, installation errors, electrical items, and “As-Is” parts are not covered
  • Liability is limited to the original purchase price
