Refund, Return & Limited Warranty Policy
At Amani Auto Parts, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below. Eligible products are also covered by our 30-Day Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both:
- ✅ Defective products
- ✅ Non-defective products
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Be in new or slightly used condition.
- Include the original packaging whenever possible.
- Include all accessories and components originally received.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
30-Day Limited Warranty
Our limited warranty covers eligible products against defects in materials or workmanship for 30 days from the original purchase date.
If a covered product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Amani Auto Parts may, at its discretion:
- Replace the product (subject to availability)
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
- Provide store credit where appropriate
Warranty Requirements
- The part must be professionally installed or installed according to OEM specifications.
- The product must not be modified, altered, or improperly installed.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The part must not be damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
Items Not Covered
The following items are generally not eligible for return or warranty coverage unless received defective or shipped incorrectly:
- ❌ Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- ❌ Normal wear and tear.
- ❌ Labor costs, towing, rental vehicles, or diagnostic fees.
- ❌ Electrical parts, sensors, control modules, and electronic components unless otherwise stated.
- ❌ Fluids, maintenance items, seals, gaskets, or consumables.
- ❌ Parts sold "As-Is", clearance items, or final sale items.
- ❌ Modified or custom-order products where applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- An incorrect item shipped by Amani Auto Parts.
- A verified defective product covered under warranty.
Returns should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Amani Auto Parts within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Return the item using the provided instructions.
- After inspection, your refund, exchange, or replacement will be processed.
Limitations of Liability
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
- Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
- No additional implied warranties apply except as required by applicable law.
